1. Always represent Red Nose Response by your word, actions, and presence at all times, Be courteous, kind, respectful, patient and fair.

2. Be true to your word. If you promise you can do something, make sure you can see it through to it’s fruition.

3. Adhere to all guidelines presented by RNR, whether in this manual, on the web site or in the e-zines that are sent out.

4. Follow proper dress code whether on or off site while representing RNR.

5. Never use alcoholic beverages or drugs while representing RNR or in RNR attire on or off site during fundraisers, education classes, membership drives, in or around shelters, etc.

6. Do not use foul language of any kind while representing RNR.

7. Never share private information you may learn while representing RNR with others, nor try to find out information from those we are assisting.

8. Do not misrepresent RNR with information that has not been supplied directly from RNR through training, manual, web site or e-zines.

9. Always practice diversity, acceptance and impartiality.

10. Be an active member of the team by finding out what YOU can do to help others.
